Pros
Great place to get hands-on experience in accounting and tax, however, do not expect much help from managers. Free food if you stay late during busy season (which is officially February-April but in fact it is almost all year round).
Cons
Poor leadership. Toxic work environment (e.g. sarcastic and unprofessional attitude towards you from management, yelling, etc.). Crazy hours almost all year round. Management doesn't care about your well-being. Very poor planning - they get more and more new clients while all employees are already overloaded, stressed and burnt out. Very basic benefits - only 10 days of vacation per year, no pension contributions. I absolutely agree with the previous review about management believing in slavery rather than modern management styles - nothing has changed since 2016.
