Pros

The only good thing about the company is that there is no dress code. You can pretty much work anything to work.

Where do I start? If you want to work at PayLease, please think again. It's all smoke and mirrors. PayLease's management team has poor leadership. They do not empower their employees, very unprofessional, and most of them are inexperienced. Management will put their employee/s under the bus to save their own behind and will not give you any responsibilities to help their employees grow because they are insecure. The only way to move up in the company is if the management team likes you or if you sleep with them. Otherwise, there's no upward mobility. Employees who are terminated are scapegoats for management's own mistakes who cannot take accountability for their part and to mask the real problem. The company had put together a panel of women managers in PayLease to create a seminar to empower women. It was supposed to be a safe zone to ask any questions or voice your opinions freely. Not true. A questioned was asked by one of the employees about, "the boys club". One of the managers in panel was clearly upset by the question/comment. Soon after that, the employee who asked the question resigned. In addition to poor management, there's always something breaking. Instead of fixing the problem, a band-aid will be placed until it breaks again (band-aids everywhere) and their security system is not up to date. How is our "confidential" information protected when there's nothing in place?

Love my leadership and team - supportive and collaborative

None within my team. Leadership communication (C-Level) could be more transparent.

Pros

Great work life balance. Management allows you to breathe and work without micromanagement.

Cons

Low starting pay and the yearly raise is low as well.
