Would not Recommend For Someone wanting a Long Term Career - Customer Success Zeelo Employee Review

Redundancy Levels are Bad- Zeelo has had 3 redundancies over the past 12-14 months. There have been 2 since I joined. I personally would not recommend it for someone who wants Job Stability and Security as it is pretty bad there. I feel like the company is hiding something after the number of redundancies that have happened over the last year and the company may have reached its peak. Wastage of Resources- Zeelo is not very prudent with its spending with soo many events, retreats, travelling people across regions etc. Seems like a coverup for how they are actually doing financially. Benefits are not the best Like all startups, business processes aren't set and seem to change regularly which makes decision-making very slow Long working hours at times
