worked on my own. no other FOH staff. has her daughter and son in law working there and they do bare minimum. you have to tip share with them so they do the least amount possible so you have to pick up the slack theyre laying. her daughter would be in a booth watching tik tok videos while ignoring tables and customers. she has kids that come in after school and distract her from work
