Pros

Zebra has a great combination of being old enough for true stability in most departments, yet still constantly striving for innovation. Collaboration is common and expected. Everyone has visibility to the company vision. If you have good self-motivation, you can make almost any job into what you want it to be.

Cons

Management still has an entrepreneurial mindset so don't expect much hand-holding. You need to be very self-motivated to get promotions and influence change. It is not very diverse - Engineering, sales, support, and management are very dominated by white men.
