Pros

friendly work environment, flexibility, great managers, Good pay, good benefits, great vacation & Sick policies. Lots of room for growth, stocked break room with sodas and food. Order in lunch for employees a lot and dinner if you work late.

Pros

Leading edge developer and sales/support of Call Center and UC software. Casual atmosphere, difficult technical designs and implementations.

Cons

Too restrictive for a young enterprising company - not enough risk taking and not enough acquisitions of resources to move the company forward. Software is buggy and development is only focused on sales rather than on refining the features customers ask for.
