      Willing to push their sectors with new technology Agile development environment Flat management structure. Self motivating, you take responsibility for your work. Good Sport & Social club Support further education Medium Sized Company 40'ish, you get a lot of experience Supportive of remote working Busy working environment.

      Cons

      Medium sized company, don't expect large company protocols and procedures. Not much travel involved. Can get quite busy at times.

      Pros

      Very helpful employees. Small company, so everyone knows everyone. More time can be spent training and asking questions.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment. Deadlines need to be met on time. Always plenty of work to do. Finish one thing and three more things to do.
