I've seen wonderful days at Zapak when the company started in 2006. I've also seen a dip since I worked with Zapak for almost 6 years. I would say, the company had potential and could have used it well to come up as one of the best gaming start ups.
Cons
Talent needs to be recognized and retained. Attrition rate is high due to favouritism, lower increments, stunted vertical growth, no proper objectives and abrupt decision making which all started post 2010.
