Pros
Good to learn cutting edge technologies, top management is good and helpful you can learn many things from them. Free food. Previous post has mentions about PF issue but it is not there at least for new employee.
Cons
For this I don't know where to start. I will try my best for compressed list 1. Company says it's a start up culture that is a "BIG LIE". If you have work, Damn you should work day and night, no care for employees but when you don't have work, Oh man go late its not a Government office(employees forget you have a family after joining here). 2. You are only good if you work day and night and weekends without asking for comp off. If you ask for comp off or anything like that you will start hearing that we are in start up we shouldn't take this as work take it's your learning blah blah blah.. If you're a genuine start up take care of your employee too. If you are in emergency medical issue, rather than empathy they will test you whether you really got medical issue. 3. Lower management has 2 faces, in front of you they will say all the pampering words. We are so flexible, we take care of you. But in internal meeting they show their true faces. For them any of your issue is a garbage. 4. Their policy is to hire interns to work for "FREE" after making them to work all day they will again keep you on probation for 6 months, with that salary that you can't even pay pg's rent. After everything you contribute for the company still they will say, you are a slow learner (that's always a standard if you are under one TL so freshers beware) 5. They have lost almost all talented people. Now people are left either they are in hope of going to US (which they think they will because company process their b1 but never sends them) because they are puppets of management. 7. They have company inside company which they don't have pf no medical insurance nothing. You are at your own. 8. After exhausting if you resign, they will never accept and somehow with your luck they accept, you have to work continuously until your last date. Greatest thing is you wont get relieving letter soon. If the HR want to give, she will give or else they will create all together new policy, that they will give later. Policy is just like adding contacts and deleting for her. 9. Many negative reviews have written by the employees. Good reviews are written by the HR and she will make current employees/freshers to write forcefully. 10. Last but not least, HR of this company... I don’t know whether management is using her as their puppet or she is manipulating them. But truly saying she is not just worst HR but worst person as well. Previous post mentioned her as a paranoid but I think it is understated. She doesn't have any work or life apart from peeping in other's personal life. Lying about anyone or anything is her habit. Basically she doesn't have quality of human only. She will talk, as if she cares employees, but she is the one who stabs you back. She does personal encroachment as well. She will make employees to log on to glass door and checks whether they wrote a review or not and if you deny HR will confirm you wrote a review to the management. She is the main reason to create hostile environment in organization. Due to lack of proper management, this organization may or may not fall down but due to this HR this company will sink for sure.
