Great people and a fun place to work

No cons come to mind at this time

Beer in the fridge. Good looking girls. Good-buddy benefits if upper management likes you. Great parties, if you enjoy that. Offices in several locations around the world are nice to visit if you are chosen for business travel.

It is an adware company with a terrible reputation. Very low salary disguised by bonuses (that never happen). Promises of company trips to Las Vegas and Whistler that are tied to company performance (which never met goals). Morale was and continues to stay low. Management claims an open-door policy but suggestions and concerns are never acted on. Management plays favorites among employees. Management is also incompetent and sorely lacks people skills.
