      Current Procurement Manager allows for autonomy and allows you to build and thrive in order to grow

      Cons

      Upper Management's management style creates an undesired environment and morale. Positions shifted from hybrid to full-time in the office after offered the position. Team had much better balance and preferred hybrid schedule.

      Some other employees were friendly.

      Cons

      Human Resource personnel on site in small CT office (1 wo/man show)and even in corporate office need to be re-educated on ethics, harassment, discrimination and in general and basic employment laws in general how to treat employees as human beings. No trust. Even if you quit, if new employer calls to verify employment do not be surprised if they say you were terminated. Fair warning.
