      Pros

      Good benefits, 401k decent, pay really good, and close to home. Wish it could kick off a little closer, but it's a decent place to work.

      Cons

      They try to run people out for ridiculous reasons, be careful and just do your job. Two of my raises got sidelined due to raise freeze and hiring freeze.

      Some other employees were friendly.

      Cons

      Human Resource personnel on site in small CT office (1 wo/man show)and even in corporate office need to be re-educated on ethics, harassment, discrimination and in general and basic employment laws in general how to treat employees as human beings. No trust. Even if you quit, if new employer calls to verify employment do not be surprised if they say you were terminated. Fair warning.
