Pros

Best Work-Life Balance, 4 days workweek with not more than 7 hours of work a day, sometimes even less :) Food, fuel, mobile, wifi, and transport reimbursement, along with yearly gym subscription reimbursement and extra reimbursement for work-from-home entities. Twice a month parties at team level along with quarterly space level parties, and yeah, office level parties 2 times a year with lots of offsites for team bonding activities. Every festival celebration in office. Free breakfast and snacks in the office, along with dinner reimbursement if working till late. (Also, applicable if you start your day in afternoon and work till late.) And yeah, flexible timings; you can choose your time to work accordingly. Yearly, ELRP of around 1 lakh to 3 lakh on the basis of your tenure and role. Unlimited work from home, no compulsion to work from office.

Cons

Too much free time to chill. No swimming pool in the office. No lunch; you have to buy yourself. Cabs have fixed slots. Easier to get promoted if you know how to do politics. Easy work, easier tech skills.
