Pros
A high-paying consulting firm - they paid more than other offers I received. Intelligent and hardworking peers within the company.
Cons
Poor work-life balance - When interviewing I was told work-life balance was a priority; however, the firm expects you to work early morning and late nights I was able to see how decisions were made and they were very hypocritical of "do the right thing" and "treat people right." The more efficient you become, the more work they give you. Managers over-promise on projects and this extra work is pushed to Consultants, Associate Consultants, and Associates. Managers are overworked often leading them to be stressed and angry. Principals are arrogant and condescending.
