Pros

- Amazing people; very smart - Good people and project management opportunities - Good starting point for fresh graduates

Cons

- Senior management is not transparent at all - Expats come to the India office and not always contribute to the office growth enough while still pocketing huge paychecks; the salaries for Indian employees at the same level are very disproportionate compared to this while shouldering the same responsibilities - Review process is very bad. Promotions do not always account for merit and even an outstanding performer needs to wait for the "right tenure". - Senior management is not working towards getting local consulting projects; the management is happy netting in the profits by working on US projects - Management has no clue where the office focus should be; some tracks that have been introduced lack leadership and vision - Quality of new recruits has gone down significantly in the recent past

Pros

- Exposure to large-scale projects and enterprise clients - Opportunity to work on modern technologies and data platforms - Strong technical talent within teams

Cons

- Leadership and management practices are heavily influenced by offshore working styles, which can create misalignment with local work expectations in the U.S. - Work-life balance can be difficult, with expectations around extended hours and frequent overlap with offshore teams - Limited flexibility around boundaries outside standard working hours - High workload and pressure can make long-term sustainability challenging for some employees - Team inclusivity and engagement can sometimes feel uneven, with opportunities for more balanced collaboration across all team members - Retention challenges observed among employees not aligned with the prevailing work style
