Pros

People are really smart as they recruit from the top colleges and have a rigorous recruitment procedure. Mostly people form a group at the New-employee-orientation and that group becomes your support throughout your stay at ZS.

Cons

The projects are very operational in nature and there is lack of client visibility in a lot of projects. So if you are looking for work that is going to challenge you: ZS India is not the place to be. The cross-office setup is not very conducive for the professional development of employees in India.
