Pros

1) You get to work with very smart and motivated people 2) Very good perks and benefits 3) You get role of responsibility very early 4) Defined career progression

Cons

1) HR is inconsiderate. Themselves put someone on sabbatical and when he comes back ask him to resign 2) Work can really get monotonous. You do not learn any skills. More you stay, less your value becomes in the market 3) Work life balance is bad. Worse yet, it has been considered a new norm and no efforts are made to change it.
