Don’t Work Here - Management ZOO Digital Group Employee Review

Pros

The ability to work from home.

Cons

They don’t care about your well being. Management takes on so many projects but don’t offer enough resources to handle it all. The sales team doesn’t care about that, though. They just want to make money and unfortunately, unless you’re part of the (very biased) management team, you won’t really reap any benefits. They expect you to be available all hours of the day but won’t pay you for it. They don’t train their employees properly because even the managers don’t know what they’re doing. Nepotism is very real here so unless you’re related or friends with management, then don’t expect to go far at ZOO. I definitely would not recommend working here.

Pros

Zoo excels at providing flexible hours, remote work, good management, and efficient proprietary systems/platforms. I feel sufficiently supported when I work here. It's a nice place to work if you can land a job here.

Cons

Industry disruptions have caused uncertainty in its future and Zoo is, unfortunately, not immune from that. Also, pay is not that great.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your long service with ZOO. We’re glad to hear that the flexibility, remote working options, supportive management, and our platforms have contributed positively to your experience. You’re right that the wider industry continues to face uncertainty, and we recognise how that affects confidence in the future. Pay has also been a challenge during this period, and while constraints have been driven by market conditions, we know it’s an important area to address as stability returns. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.
