Nice green land around the office. Team members (below Team Leaders) are nice and friendly.
Cons
Rubbish management. I can't find words. Unfair expectations all the time. They might think we are droids with mind reading senses. No feedback of the work we do. Only at the end they bring all blame on employees. Closed minded managers, don't even listen the employees thoughts, wishes, opinions. Seems they have a good strategy how to defend their-self in case of complaints. They expect us to work like droids. Manager highlighted multiple times that the required work hour of the week is just the minimum, so was excepting more to work for free. Deadlines can't be met as starter (as nothing explained, no any training at all), but expected to know everything. If some new ideas or complaint have been raised against the current processes then management become picky on employee and put more regulation on her/him and more unfair tasks, deadlines etc... that leads the employee to leave finally, otherwise her/his life become a horrible humiliating nightmare within company walls, day by day. It's not a coincidence this company is losing customers one by one.
