Culture wise poor, no empathy, less hike - Anonymous employee ZET Employee Review

No work life balance. In town hall CEO said if you want work life balance then this is not the place. So you can think accordingly. Pay wise they are not going to pay and hike is also not good. Mindset of CEO and COO is very bad they will put you in tremendous pressure. They want to control everything. Restriction on leave policy but on working hours no restriction, too much of work. It's better to join any other company as compared to this one.
