Pros
There are none, you will be calling realtors over and over again telling them you want to refer veterans to them but all you are really doing is ripping them off by selling them an ad on a fake veterans website. Some realtors you call have already been ripped of by them and obviously will never deal with them again. The owner is not a veteran and does nothing at all to help veterans. Doesn't pay employees what they are owed. They train salespeople to lie to realtors in hopes of ripping them off. The address is a UPS store in Novi Michigan. You do the math.
Cons
You know you are ripping people off when you work for ZBS Services (THE VABA). It's very obvious it's a fake veterans organization ( The VABA) and the only purpose is to mislead realtors and lenders into buying worthless ads on a fake veterans resource website. Their sales pitch is saying they are going to refer vets to realtors who sign up for their directory but there are no referrals and there will never be any. The owner thinks he's doing employees a favor by paying them peanuts to cold call 400 people daily on an outdated dialer from 1995 that drops 50% of the calls just to scam one realtor per day for 100 dollars. The directory you will be selling fake ads on has no businesses in any other category besides the realtors that have been scammed. The owner must not be that smart or he must be very lazy. The entire business is just a little hole in the wall office near Cleveland, OH with 7 or 8 people who are unlucky enough to need this job. It's like a boiler room from 1989 it's so outdated. If 1000 ppl got hired there today those same 1000 ppl would leave within 30 days guaranteed.
