The pay is decent when they are not shifting job titles around to reduce your pay.
Cons
Upper level leadership playing competition sport out of firing minority leaders and veterans. Benefits are not even competitive, people over worked and under paid, no recognition, made up positions at the exempted level to keep fellow workers employed. They play with your health and welfare allowance with a shady 401k company that takes more than they make. Safety is not a real priority repeated trends. Supervisors screw up and leads end up taking the punishment for it.
