      Nice people (even CEO), beautiful facility, good benefits

      Cons

      Low pay; minimal training; no annual pay raise; too few employees; low to average hourly pay for geographical area; on salary means working overtime for free

      I would say that is the best please to work, very nice and professional people.

      Pros

      Friendly co workers. Small private company means lots of parking due to few employees. Learning different kind of products.

      Cons

      Lack of training materials such as SOP handbooks. Few employees means you do multi tasking. Management keeps pushing the employees to deliver the shipment every week. Friday is the deadline. No work / life balance
