      Pros

      The tips are decent, however the tip out structure is ridiculously high.

      Cons

      - They understaff support staff so they're able to pay them less hourly. Which is why the tip out structure is so high. - They take issue with time off requests - They're a lack of transparency when it comes to even pay or party pay - Poor management with high, high turnover (which leads to lack of leadership - Food is mediocre at best
