Pros

Only good with flexible working

Cons

They will 'forget' to pay your salary until you remind them you were employed by them. They didn't pay my salary for the first one and half months cause I started mid month, until I raised by the end of the second month. They payed less than a month's salary at firstwhich was baffling. I made sure I was paid after further stressful communications. Working environment, is not conducive. You are treated like you don't. Matter. Management is the worst I have encountered. They are only good to their 'friends'. What a way to run a company. Half the customer service staff were gone during my time there. Two members of senior staff quit in the same month. Good luck if you're considering a job here. You'll be fine if you are good friends with management though.

Pros

There are no good reasons to work here, each day brings a new problem.

Cons

The entire place is diabolical. Company actively refuses to acknowledge employees who have left and owed pay, submit incorrect pay slips to HMRC, abused the dwp scheme to help pay debts, spent employee pension money. Lies are consistently told to both clients and staff in order to keep the company barely alive. Most of the managers are great however there is little to no support to them. Every decision is implemented with immediate effect meaning there is never any time to settle. Frequent drug usage on and around the site, abuse experienced in the office by most staff at least once, open use of fraudulent activities to keep the company afloat. Minimal training delivery due to high staff turnover taking up time and depleting resources. Senior management have little to no involvement with running the company and often not around for long periods of time. Operations are run by the CEOs son who has no real experience and was openly sleeping with one of the team managers which kept them both permanently occupied in and out of private rooms together. Pay is low for the work required and often late or missed.

Pros

-Super casual: crude banter, drug-taking, long toilet breaks (good for vaping) and general monkeying around are permitted. -They'll take anyone so if you're down on your luck give it a shot. -Relatively relaxed about language, punctuality and call volumes for a call centre.

Cons

-Wages and especially bonuses are regularly forgotten or taken away for arbitrary reasons. When I was massively overachieving on one campaign I was moved to another, more difficult one. -It'll take anyone so there are some very trashy employees. Think face tattoos and one girl that left to become an escort. -Terrible infrastructure. Up to an hour each day lost to faulty IT and phone systems. Some of the IT workers are lovely but none seemed particularly enthusiastic or able to fix things. -Some of the products (usually financial products) are terrible: either dishonest or low quality. They use embarrassing marketing tactics and a glance at any objective review site will reveal the flaws in the company. -The Directors of the company transparently don't care about the employees. It's purely about the profits and though training schemes and promotions to management are often mentioned they never materialise and all managers are hired from outside. -It's in Portsmouth. -it's telesales.
