Richard has created a tutoring system that is simple to learn and apply when tutoring, which saves time preparing for students. The pay is competitive and on the higher end when working for tutoring companies. Additionally, hours are flexible, so you can work around your schedule.
Cons
At certain times there was very high demand compared to the number of tutors, which resulted in me feeling pressured to work more hours than I could handle, although management has responded by hiring more tutors, which is great. There is not much room for advancement since it is a small company, but as a part-time job this is not an issue.
