- the company's finance monthly credit note billing was not correct several times and there may therefore be problems with the finance declaration - lower earnings as promised and expected - teamleader is not sufficiently familiar with technical and customer-specific matters in the project - the transparency of bonus and sales payments is not guaranteed and it is forbidden to request missing bonus payments within 3 months after booking in the shortest possible time after internal errors in the project - not valued as human-being because in the end, you will just be a replaceable number for the company and they won´t give you opportunities to grow inside the company in a higher position. - further attempts for an open project or job position at YD were ignored and specific question regarding the job were simply not answered. - The projects that work with Igel Stick software and USB sticks in cooperation are also often fraught with problems. The compatibility with operating systems and specific hardware is very minimal and not user-friendly. Failures often occurred and nothing was done on the part of the project.

Reports suggest that long hours and high expectations contribute to a demanding environment that may negatively impact employee wellbeing and morale.
