Learned medical terminology. Due to an upcoming company there are only a handful of coworkers. You become really close to them like family.

The space we were in was a but small and at times te system would freeze causing or calls to be backed up. Which resulted in upset nurses doctors and patients

No drug testing or background checks

The owners (The doctors) do not care about your well-being. They only care about how many accurate pages you can send out for as cheap as possible. The managers pretend to care about your well-being, but have a very "you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours" attitude. I worked there for 3 years and only received 5 dollars in raises, I was a top performer and was promoted to supervisor in under a year. I ended up leaving for a much better paying job. I have been with the other employer for 2 years, and have received 9 dollars in raises. Do better, YouCall.
