Great learning experience - Business Analyst Intern Youbloom Employee Review

The CEO is really nice and respectful to the team, it’s a great place for college students to gain experience.

As a startup, not every idea can be brought to life because of limited resources.

youbloom has great opportunities for college students to intern and explore different business areas. Although my focus was business analysis, I experimented with marketing analytics, cybersecurity, and more. The flexibility of remote working was also ideal and regular feedback from my supervisor was very beneficial for growth.

There isn't a lot of structure and there is no formal project manager for the smaller teams. I was the only person on my team for about 3-4 months, so it was a little difficult during that time to accomplish all my tasks. That being said, my supervisor was understanding of this and was actively looking for other analysts to join my team.
