Pros
I like it and it is really interesting where people can play games or anything else they would like to do and post it on youtube and it helps out a lot to meet knew people and get to know them and also it is a great experience.
Cons
not really that bad though they added requirements to be eligible to earn money which has been difficult for me so been working on that as much as I can.
