Pros

- General openness: towards new ideas, about the current product state, about mistakes, goals, etc... - Mutual respect, good people, and the general atmosphere in the company - No micromanagement - everyone just does his job the best one can and it just works out. - Good office. Open-space done right + a huge balcony, city center. - Very good medical Insurance - Self-education Fridays! You can complete courses, research topics or participate in Kaggle competitions. Just do anything that will directly improve your skills. - Since this is a product company with a relatively small technical team, a lot of product improvement ideas comes from you directly - Unlimited vacations - No restrictions on work-day start and end. The office is open 24/7, the whole year. Start and finish whenever you feel like, just get stuff done. - Paid sick leave - Bonuses for books - Easily and quickly switched to fully remote work during the pandemic - Constant improvement in every aspect - Frequent optional social activities - Any hardware you need. Mac Pro 16', 24' QHD or 4K monitor, etc... - English courses

Cons

- The on-boarding process was a bit repetitive and slightly chaotic. - The meetings are an integral part of the company's development, but sometimes (rarely, but it happens) it feels like there are too many of them. - Not the company's fault, but this might be a bit hard to come up with your own tasks and ideas on product improvement if you have only previously worked as a freelancer or in an out-source company

- The company culture (work environment, quality, respect, friendship, responsibility, transparent communication, etc.). - The quality of the product they offer. - Benefits like remote work, unlimited vacation, and a four-day workweek during the summer. - Competitive salary and a strong commission structure for sales.

Cons

Lack of mandatory benefits in the country where I work (such as social security and retirement fund contributions, which are legal obligations for employers in Mexico).
