Despite witnessing an exodus of employees, both voluntarily and through termination, the managing director callously dismisses the idea of hiring additional staff. It's as if the well-being of the team is of no concern to them. Brace yourself for the abysmal abyss that is the sales team. They shamelessly fabricate and deceive innocent individuals in order to secure sales and indulge in hefty commissions. As a result, the customer service team is left to grapple with irate customers who raise grievances against these deceptive sales representatives. Astonishingly, the sales management exhibits apathy even when these dire situations are escalated. A void of policies and procedures permeates the company, leading to a complete lack of support for customers struggling to pay their bills. When faced with financial hardships, these individuals are met with an utter absence of assistance. Prepare yourself for the mockery that is the billing process. It's an understaffed circus where a solitary individual possesses the authority to grant payment plans and extensions, and their disposition is far from pleasant.
