Pros
An OK place to begin a career in solar or renewable energy. Because of its lack of structure, you are certainly wearing MANY hats. Great co-workers, but I think we all got closer because we were bonded by trauma of this place. The only true pro I learned from this place is if I ever owned my owned property, I would 100% make sure my permit was approved first before any installation.
Cons
Horribly micromanaged and overrun with work, the dysfunctional organization and utter laziness on process management, and to top it off - you will be questioning your integrity. You will be constantly pressured to lie to clients and the department of building's by the CEO. Completely money hungry and hardly any care post-installation. All "positive" reviews are a complete lie - they are either fake or clients are given a discount for a good review. People would come for interviews and have trouble finding the building and the CEO make us not answer their calls, b/c they were "too dumb" to find the building.
