Inventory fluctuates a little but that's to be expected in today's car business.

Small family atmosphere, everyone helps each other. Fair compensation, if you work hard the rewards are there. Great Managers committed to success.

Hours were long, should have scheduled more early days off to limit hours worked. Not a lot of schedule flexibility. There were a lot of late nights.
