      I’ve worked for Yodel for 4 years now within the IT team and I absolutely love it! - transparency - open communication - opportunities and development - great culture - friendly team This is reflected in how long some of my colleagues have worked in the business for - great work life balance - onsite gym and amazing canteen

      Cons

      - pension could be better

      Pros

      Lots of cool perks, like free food and back massages, and good training.

      Cons

      All sales jobs are tough this is no exception, you have to get used to people freaking out on the phone at you. That's actually par for the course of course.
