Intense yet job-relevant onboarding process that provides coding/querying skills, even for those that don't have an analytical background. Selfless colleagues that are willing to help if you run into a roadblock. Strong company culture that isn't all talk.
Cons
Lack of systems and processes in some teams. Departments are figuring out how to work together well and communicate efficiently. There are some growing pains as teams and priorities evolve or shift but management seems receptive to feedback.
