      Pros

      - solid work-life balance; no mandatory RTO. - strong benefits (healthcare, free lunch, unlimited PTO, etc...) - some great people - beautiful office in a great location

      Cons

      - leadership is completely inept - the product team is a disaster - no company vision and no accountability for wrong decisions made in the past - culture has entirely eroded

      Company has strong data-driven point of view on the future of brand visibility in AI search. Product & engineering ship incredibly fast. People are kind and collaborative.

      Cons

      Company has undergone a ton of change in the last year so there is a lot of rebuilding and continued change, which can be hard at times.

      Compensation is not competitive. Product team is a mess - mass turnover and as such it feels impossible to get jobs done.
