Pros

Don't feel any reason to stay in the lala company. Whole building has just owner photo participated in shark tank 😂..grow up guys

Cons

- zero process - a CTO who is not even technical looks like owner's chacha, taus son so they recruited him He don't know what he is saying. CTO HAS ZERO technical Knowledge so to control the team he is just roaming and shouting 1-2 times in the bay so every body afraid of him. - pure lala company - there are multiple examples of CTO incapability and foolishness like they have 5 environment running for testing running on AWS.. no one talking about expense... another example they are still using monolithic architecture in this world of microservices

Pros

The company is doing well and shall continue to grow.

Cons

• Six-day work culture with little regard for personal time — expectations routinely stretch beyond 7 PM without flexibility or support. • Leadership encourages internal competition over collaboration — teams are often pitted against each other, creating friction rather than alignment. • Lack of action on verbal POSH complaints — concerns raised informally, even to senior female leadership, see no visible follow-through. • ESOP grant letters delayed indefinitely — despite repeated follow-ups, formal documentation is not provided in a timely manner. • Underwhelming appraisals despite strong company performance — compensation growth does not reflect business outcomes, even after significant revenue expansion and profitability. • Full and final settlement delays — salaries are withheld post-resignation and released only after ~45 days. - poor toilet and super slow WiFi

Pros

Good salary But in the name of what? That's it- that's all

Cons

Politics Seniors do not want juniors to grow. No one welcomes you there, it feels yline ou are alone until you have good friends. Creepy men Honestly, wear dresses and see how even women will look at you. Men are weird on another level. They talk bad about you. Seniors shout on you all the time Seen multiple instances how anyone would shout in between anything Micromanagement Created an environment where it was so difficult to work. It felt like you are in a world where someone is stalking you all the time. Only people who have been there since the start have stayed. Any new employee hates this place.
