Pros
It's a job, starting pay is more than it used to be, comparable to other auto manufacturing plants.
Cons
Only 3 days of PTO. The HR staff are the rudest most difficult people to deal with. If you need something or ask a question they act like your interrupting them talking to God and they always seem angry. Fast paced, strenuous, many employees have serious injuries requiring sugery. All they care about are production goals. Your a nothing more than a number and are always threatened with being expendable and are treated as if your lucky or fortunate to work there. There is a glass ceiling with little room to advance unless you kiss up to your superiors. You are belittled by NISSAN employees often, however you work side by side with them doing the exact same job. Your told that you'll be transferred over to NISSAN but they usually lie and change it.
