The issues stem from the top down. Speaking up to HR in hopes of improving conditions only makes you a target. Retaliation is real, and management makes it clear they don’t welcome feedback. I was personally told by a manager after contacting HR, “I didn’t know we hired losers here who go to HR.” That alone speaks volumes.
If you value stability and a professional work environment, look elsewhere. Oh and some of the nepotism hires from the CEO are just plain atrocious.
