Employee happiness is very important to us, and while others in our industry are implementing strict return to work policies multiple days per week (with competitors in Toronto implementing 3 days on site per week), our hybrid work model takes a kinder approach, as we ask employees to join us on-site 1 day per a week. While we value your opinion, we genuinely believe that this flexible approach enables us to experience organic connection across departments, meet and interact with new employees (promoting mentorship, teamwork, and community) and engage in fun events and in-person trainings.
