Pros
1. You'll work alongside some great colleagues. 2. Management is very lenient with the PTO policy. 3. Benefits are great. 4. No Micro-management or at least on my team, we were never micro-managed. 5. Location is in a great part of Atlanta - Roswell/Alpharetta area. 6. My team lead was great and was always there for me. 7. You'll learn a lot of different things here. These include SQL, Accounting, etc. just to name a few. 8. 99% of the clients that you'll work with are great people. You can have some entertaining and hilarious conversations with the client while trying to fix their issue over the phone. 9. The dress code is great. You don't have to come in, in business attire. You can wear jeans throughout the week. You can even wear shorts with flip-flops and a t-shirt. 10. Yardi is a great place to learn about software/tech/property management/accounting. If you decide to move on from Yardi after a few years, these skills will be highly valued on the job market.
Cons
1. The Pay. For the work and the volume of work that you do, they don't compensate you adequately. 2. Communication between teams. I had a difficult time grasping that a company of this size and with the resources it has available, it could not develop an internal communication system. Microsoft Lync, email, phone calls between people on different teams doesn't work. 3. There isn't a whole lot of upward mobility. You and your colleagues aren't going to get promoted unless a current manager vacates their seat.
