Pros
I had to move to my home country for family reasons, otherwise I wouldn't have left the company. In my experience, customers like the service and commissions are good. The team is friendly and employees in support functions, like operations and IT, are always there to help you, so that you can focus on customers. CEO is easy approachable. He encourages ideas and suggestions to improve the company and he's available to meet 1to1 to discuss any concerns you may have. Good results are recognised and talented employees get rewarded. BDMs are mainly on the road or working from home, but a nice office is available in central London (next to The Shard).
Cons
Don't expect to work for the usual plant and tool LTD company or family business. It's much more. The company has recently secured millions £ of funding and it's ready to scale nationwide. Products vary from skips to powered access, from telehandlers to welfare units, from fuel deliveries to drills, so there is a lot to learn, but this also means there are great opportunities for career development.
