If job security is the most important to you Yapi Kredi is your place. It doesn't matter how bad you fail, unless you have a personal conflict with a top manager, it is impossible to be fired.
Cons
Similar to the above promotion is never about your achievements. You have to have sound support from the higher management in order to progress. Usually all department managers are transferred from other banks (two other banks). Opportunities for progress and promotion is limited and mostly doesn't depend on performance.
