Good benefits. The work bar is set so low at this place, many employees skate by

Cons

Because the bar is set so low, the people who do work are overworked

Pros

Great benefits package, solid work-life balance, and flexibility, Reasonable hours and understanding managers when life happens. The majority of my coworkers are talented, collaborative, and genuinely care about doing good work.

Cons

Decision making and follow through are painfully slow. Completed work often sits for weeks or months waiting for the next management step with little communication. Repeated feedback about the same issues rarely translates into visible change. The growing layers of middle management create bottlenecks rather than speed, and accountability is inconsistent. When mistakes, delays, or low effort originate higher up or with certain individuals, the fallout lands on the people who actually deliver for customers. Lazy or chronically underperforming employees are rarely coached or managed out, so their workload quietly shifts to the harder working team members. This rewards coasting and quietly burns out the people the company claims to value most.
