Pros
Benefits, pay, some of the people you meet. They give you family meals for most every shift that you work and it isn't a TV dinner. It is very good food that you are fed.
Cons
Some of the people are not so nice and can be very lazy. If people have a job already they just say it is not their job and the contracted workers must do it to get the job done.
