Will call is insanely good I am not sure why most unions are not fighting for this

Freight slowed down every year and the new drivers have to pay the price. While new drivers are on call 📞 it could be weeks before you get a call. And if you miss it. You start again. If not called out that week the company cuts your medical insurance Unless you burn 3 days of sick time or vacation. Slowdown happens every year. In 8 years I have never been able to use my vacation for a Vacation.
