Pay is above average I guess the biggest pro I can think of is that I am no longer working here.
Cons
Very hostile environment. Management is aggressive Workforce (teamsters) the least efficient and effective I have ever witnessed. Awful work life balance - Unless you have 25 years as a teamster or upper management expect to work weekends and nights
