Great potential, but falls short - Anonymous employee YPO Employee Review

We appreciate your open and honest review, but most of all, we thank you for the hard work and dedication as a YPO associate! We agree that YPO is unique and having colleagues in over 20 countries in addition to members in 140+, allows for a truly amazing working environment. Change is always necessary at YPO, due to the members' needs and focus, plus the world we live in also changing year after year. Every decision made is carefully thought out and with our associates top of mind. We are sorry there seems to have been some changes that did not seem to work out well but thank you for highlighting your concerns. All feedback is good feedback and can be used to help us improve!
