Pros
It's a job that pays the bills. You learn a lot on the job. You meet really cool medical providers that teach you great things and you meet great coworkers as well.
Cons
I was a employee for about almost two years. At the time, they didn't pay the over-time so they still owe me some back-pay. It was my first job as an x-ray tech/MA for their company, so as much as i wanted to leave I couldn't. There was this one time where I had a vacation request and it was approved but taken away from me real quick. I was already gone for my vacation then I get a call stating I had to come back to work otherwise I'd get fired. I was too scared to leave at the time because I was still fresh out of school. The owner Dr. Amster, is a bad hombre, you'd want to stay away from him- especially if you're a medical provider that would want to work for this company.
This company is a dead end. Stay away.
TL;DR
Bad benefits
Low pay
Long hours
